主要职责：
•        与团队协同工作, 致力于我们的Disney移动官网平台的开发及维护工作，包括CMS系统以及相关的管理支持系统等
•        运用你的聪明才智及经验与团队协同工作，创建高可靠性，高性能的应用系统平台以及相关的管理支持系统
•        你将完成程序编制及单元测试，并确保开发过程遵循公司的相关开发规范
•        你将负责维护并升级完成的程序代码，因为需求会经常变更
•        与产品团队或其他需要你支持的部门保持良好的沟通
•        我们可能需要你在压力下工作，以期保证及时而有效的平台维护工作

职位要求：

教育背景:
•        本科以上计算机相关专业毕业

工作经验:
•        3年以上JavaEE开发经验
知识:
•        具备深厚的面向对象编程经验
•        精通JavaEE程序设计
•        熟悉Resin/Tomcat应用服务器
•        熟悉Linux操作系统
•        熟悉ORACLE, MYSQL数据库
•        熟悉 Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Freemarker 等中间件使用
•        了解HTTP协议，熟悉WML、XHTML、HTML规范
•        良好的代码书写规范

Job Purpose

•        According to the work goal defined by Manager, finish work task on time.
•        Continue to communicate with Team member on development knowledge, familiar with all work skill.
•        Continue to summarize working experience
•        Able to analyze and research problems, be happy to help others, share experience, develop innovation ability.

Key Responsibilities

•        To follow the team’s guidelines, dedicated to DisneyZone Platform development and maintenance, the platform consists of the basis of business logic containers and a set of interfaces and services for the purpose of communicating with mobile operators;
•        Work with team to build high reliability underlying interfaces, services and platform with best performance to serve the high-level applications;
•        You will have the responsibility to complete unit testing and make sure the development process of yours is compliant to the company’s standards;
•        You will have the responsibility to maintain and upgrade the programs you initiated on requirements being changed and expanded;
•        Communicate with production team and testing team or any other teams need your assistance;
•        We may need you to work under pressure to ensure the production time line;

Requirements

Education:
•        Computer science background, bachelor degree, have experience in software development

Experience:
•        Least 3 years experience in JavaEE Development.

Knowledge:
•        Good experience in object-oriented programming
•        Good experience in JavaEE programming upon Linux platform
•        Familiar with Tomcat/Resin web servers
•        Familiar with ORACLE, MYSQL database
•        Good practice on Linux systems
•        Familiar with HTTP protocol
•        Familiar with Hibernate、Spring、Struts、Freemarker
•        Good experience in WML、XHTML、HTML standards
•        Good code style with rich comments and explanations

Core Skills:
•        Be familiar with JavaEE Technical
